Backplates

H. Theophile's collection of backplates - also called 'escutcheon plates' - provides a tasteful complement for the selected knob or lever. Backplates can be fabricated to suit any handle selection and door condition. All backplates can be custom sized and finished to match specific project requirements. Below is a small sampling of the hundreds of backplates which are available in our studio showroom as a design resource to develop hardware solutions in combination with knobs, levers and cabinet pulls.
