The HT7031 ball catch is used to hold light- to medium-weight dummy function swing doors in place when closed. Its tension can be adjusted in the field for a perfect hold. It features rounded corners on its faceplate for easy mortising, and is available in standard and custom finishes. Its strike can be mounted on top of door facing inwards, or on the header of door facing out.
